Owner of pub where people smoke might lose licence: Congress's UT Khader

Bengaluru: Karnataka's urban development and housing minister, UT Khader on Monday said that the owners of pubs and bars in Bengaluru might lose their license if any person is found smoking in these areas. Smoking will be allowed only in a restricted area after obtaining a no-objection certificate (NOC) from the civic body concerned.
