Kodagu floods: Kumaraswamy's aerial survey means reading newspaper in plane

Just like Kerala, the district of Kodagu in Karnataka too had to go through hell after heavy rains lashed the region. The incessant rains and flooding have reportedly left at least eight dead and more than 4,000 displaced.  An estimated 123 km of roads have been damaged and more than 800 homes have been destroyed. While on the aerial survey, Karnataka chief minister, HD Kumaraswamy was seen coolly reading a newspaper. It really did not look like he was bothered by the devastation below.
