Kochi, Kerala: Home guard gropes minors, caught on camera (Video)

Police have taken into custody the home guard, who was seen touching passersby (girls and women) in front of Kochi Thevara Lourde Church, Kerala, where he was posted for regulating the traffic. The video of his pervert act had gone viral on social media. The home guards belong to the paramilitary police force. It is a voluntary force, tasked as an auxiliary to help the police. The video shows Sivakumar in uniform, touching minors inappropriately. Despite the video going viral, he has merely been moved to the fire and rescue services department and has not been suspended as yet.
