Kerala floods: Red alert withdrawn from all districts (Video)

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has withdrawn red alert from all 14 districts of Kerala. It has predicted moderate rains in isolated areas of Kerala over the next 24 hours. This is the first time since August 9 when red alert has been withdrawn from the entire state. Rescue operations, meanwhile, continue across the state.
