Kerala floods: While funds, relief material are pouring in from several parts, some locals resort to stealing things from shop (Video)

Following massive disaster in Kerala, people are trying to move on rebuilding their lives and the State. Many people don't even have basic amenities like food, water and clothes etc. Despite help pouring in from all quarters, locals are found stealing materials from a shop, which has been partially damaged by floods. Some people also heard telling them not to steal things because the owner too suffered a colossal loss.
