Karunanidhi was best in handling Cauvery issues says Tamil Sangam Bengaluru President TG Damodaran

Tamil Sangam Bengaluru President TG Damodaran says that DMK patriarch M Karunanidhi is the best to handle the volatile Cauvery issue. Kalaignar was hospitalised at Kauvery hospital in Chennai due to a sudden drop in blood pressure. Damodaran is of the opinion that Karnataka and Tamil Nadu would mutually come to an understanding about the quantity that can be shared between the two states if Karunanidhi was at the helm of matters.
