Karnataka: Student goes to swim, drowns in large well (Video)

The body of a student staying at a hostel was found in a large well at Jalahalli, Devadurga taluk in Raichur district, Karnataka. The victim is identified as Basavaraja Chaslavadi, studying in ninth standard at Moraji Desai Residential School. The victim is said to have gone to swim, but instead drowned in the water body. His clothes and slippers were found on the banks of the water body. The police have arrived at the spot and are trying to bring the body out of water.
