Karnataka: Man attempts suicide, gets under railway engine, narrowly escapes death (Video)

A man was caught under the railway engine in Karnataka's Belagavi district Gokak sub-division. Lakshman Eddargavi (40) wanted to end his life, and jumped onto the track at Ghataprabha station. Seeing a man standing on the track, the driver applied breaks. The man was able to be saved, but unfortunately, he came under the engine. The public and railway staff pulled him out and admitted him in the nearby hospital.
