Karnataka: Woman gives birth in moving bus, driver safely admits mother-child in hospital (Video)

A driver and conductor of a local bus at Gadag in Karnataka set an example for humanity by helping a woman deliver the child inside the moving bus and then got the mother and newborn admitted to the hospital, safely. Nine-month pregnant Kavya Marahalli (28) was travelling by a local bus, when she went into labour near Sooranagi. As there was no time to rush to the hospital, Kavya delivered the child inside the bus. The driver NM Uppara and conductor Kattannanavar drove the bus slow to not disturb the delivery process and once she delivered, they got them admitted to the Sooranagi government hospital. The mother and the newborn are being attended to at the government hospital and can't thank the driver and conductor enough for their timely action and help.
