Kargil Vijay Diwas: 100-year-old freedom fighter and Muslim cleric pay tribute to Indian Army

On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas (26 July), 100-year-old freedom fighter HS Doreswamy and Maulana Mohammed Maqsood Imran Rashadi, Qatibo Imam, Jamia Masjid, Bangalore, paid rich tributes to the Indian Army. Doreswamy said he was grateful to have such dedicated soldiers in the country. Kargil Vijay Diwas is the day to commemorate the Indian Army’s victory over Pakistan in Kargil war in 1999.
