Inter-state exchange of demonetised notes, racket busted, 12 arrested (Video)

Bagalkote: The Bagalakote police in Karnataka raided three lodges and arrested 12 people, who were trying to collect huge amounts of demonetised notes. The arrested are from Karnataka, Goa, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The police stated that the group was in talks to buy demonetised notes - Rs 30 for Rs 100 worth of demonetised notes. They were also promising the clients that they are experts in doubling money. The Bagalkot police acted quockly on a tip off and were successful in arresting the group. A case in this regard has been booked at Navanagar Police Station in Bagalkote.
