The Indian National Flag was insulted by the Raichur Zilla Panchayat CEO Nalin Athul, during the 72nd Independence Day function at Raichur in Karnataka. The District In-charge Minister Venkatarao Nadagouda hoisted the flag and gave his salute. But Nalin was seen standing there and did not salute.
