The Congress's much-touted Ram Van Gaman Rarh Yatra was grounded at the behest of the Election Commission (EC) on Wednesday. The rath was confiscated at Dindori by the police in pursuance of the EC’s orders on the ground that it violated the Code of Conduct which has been in force since October 6.
