Pondicherry: Police arrest four who robbed finance executive (Video)

Pondicherry: The Reddiyarpalayam police on Tuesday (October 16) arrested four persons on charges of waylaying and stealing an employee of a private finance company at Ellaipillaichavady, Pondicherry, on Monday (October 15) night. Police said Balasubramanian (51), of AVM Avenue in Virugambakkam, Chennai, working as a collection officer in a finance company in Maduranthagam used to travel to Pondicherry and recover lent money from customers. Those men on a motorcycle waylaid and attempted to steal Rs 4.75 lakh in cash from the collection officer.
