Bull-taming sport at Haveri: One gored to death

Haveri: One person was gored to death in a bull-taming sport in Haveri district, Karnataka. The victim is identified as Arun Prakash. The traditional game, Horibedarisuva Spardhe, is similar to Jallikattu in Tamil Nadu. The 30-year-old man came to watch the game in Haveri, but was killed by a bull.
