New Delhi: Around 15-20 Congress workers, led by senior leader Sushmita Dev, assembled at ITO, Delhi on Monday on the occasion of Bharat Bandh. The entire stretch of ITO was clogged due to the congregation. The police later intervened and asked them to disperse.
