Bengaluru: On November 22, three policemen created a ruckus in Bengaluru's Whitefield area where about 150 labourers hailing from Kolkata, West Bengal, have been living for over eight years. According to the victims, the police officials razed several huts and threatened the inmates with guns, asking them to vacate the place right away. The slum dwellers said that the policemen also carried out a lathi charge that injured several labourers.
