New Year celebrations: Youths race bike with crackers; video goes viral

A video of two youths riding a two-wheeler with bursting crackers attached to it has gone viral. The incident has been reported from ECR Road in Chennai. No information is available if they any action has been taken against them. During the New Year celebrations, many youths were seen racing their bikes along the ECR Road.
