Bengaluru: Congress leaders lay siege to BJP president Yeddyurappa's house, shout slogans

Karnataka: War of words are being exchanged between BJP Karnataka chief BS Yeddyurappa and Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy. Yeddyurappa has warned to release documents regarding Kumaraswamy's family encroaching two and half acres of land in Mysuru. But Kumaraswamy hit back at Yeddyurappa by reminding him of his alleged involvement in the denotification of 257 acres of land. Kumaraswamy said that he has the power in Karnataka, Yedyyurappa said that Modi government in the Centre supports him. BJP alleged that Kumaraswamy is instigating riots and giving statements encouraging protests. Following this, Congress leaders laid siege to Yeddyurappa's house and shouted slogans against him. It is also alleged that police did little to control the crowd.
