Beedi leaves worth Rs 10 lakh seized in Ramanathapuram, man arrested

Q branch of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) wing of Tamil Nadu Police have seized 500 KG of beedi leaves worth Rs 10 lakh at Uchipuli, Tamil Nadu. A man named Sulthan, 52, from Tirunalveli has been arrested and is being questioned by the Ramanathapuram Police. A Tata Ace vehicle has been seized by the police.
