Assam: No roads, no ambulance force woman to deliver midway (Video)

Lakhimpur: In a case of medical apathy, a woman was forced to deliver her baby by the roadside in Assam's Lakhimpur district. Due to the dilapidated roads, no ambulance could make it to the remote area, where the pregnant woman is from.
