Aero India Show: Bengaluru owns runway, will not allow to take off to Lucknow

Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka have come at loggerheads as there is an ongoing tug of war between both the states over the conduct of aero show this year. This came to light recently, after Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Aditya Nath urged the Defence ministry to shift the venue of the show to his Bakshi ki Talab airbase in the UP capital Lucknow. However, the HD Kumaraswamy govt seems to have taken it with a pinch of salt and are heavily coming down at the centre over it.
