Aero India 2019: Team Sarang's first woman pilot inspires youth to join Indian Air Force

Bengaluru: It was rough beginnings for the 12th edition of Aero India after Surya Kiran's wing commander Sahil Gandhi lost his life in a mid-air collision during the rehearsal. Nevertheless, while paying tribute to Sahil, the aero show took off in great style. One of the major attractions of the show is the helicopter display team, Sarang. The brave team who swirl up to the skies have are also called to be the ambassadors of the Indian Air Force.

Speaking to MyNation, team Sarang's squadron leader Sneha Kulkarni talks about her moments of pride in the team that serves as an inspiration to many aspirants to aim for the skies.
