One person died and five severely injured when a Tam Tam collided with an SUV in Gadag. Minorities and Wakf Board Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan was passing through the road when he saw the accident and stopped his car. He immediately informed the ambulance and helped the five severely injured get into an ambulance and saw to it that they received proper treatment at the hospital. The incident occurred near Hulakoti. The dead has been identified as Basavaraj (32) of Hulakoti village, whereas Babajan, Devakka, Manthesh, Sunitha and Syed have been severely injured. The injured are being treated at the Gadag District Hospital.
