Tamil actor Vijay’s fan cycles from Chennai to Kanyakumari to promote his film Sarkar (Video)

Chennai: Tamil film industry’s popular actor Vijay is all set to sizzle on the silver screen with his Diwali release Sarkar. His die-hard fan Daddy Joe has decided to cycle from Chennai to Kanyakumari to promote his favourite actor’s film. He has remodelled his cycle to carry banners of the film Sarkar. Joe is all set to watch the film in Kanyakumari. He said since the film is about the importance of voting, Joe wanted to do his bit to promote this message too.
