Surat (Gujarat) [India], June 19: Leading environmentalist Viral Desai, popularly known as the Greenman, delivered an emotionally charged and motivational speech at the Garima Vayask Vama Group event in Surat, urging senior citizens to lead the change toward environmental sustainability.
Recognizing the moral authority of elder women, Mr. Desai encouraged them to be agents of transformation in their households and communities. “Your actions and words have the power to create a ripple effect of green awareness,” he shared.
He introduced the movement “Satyagraha Against Pollution and Climate Change”, inviting everyone to contribute to the cause in their own personal way.
The elders expressed heartfelt admiration for Mr. Desai's mission, offering him their blessings and praise. He humbly responded, “The love I received today is a reward far greater than any recognition.”
