The company has diversified into various real estate sectors, including housing, corporate, hospitality, and retail, and has a market capitalization of approximately Rs 30,000 crore.
Vikas Oberoi is known as a billionaire property magnate, with an estimated net worth exceeding 4.3 billion dollars, according to Forbes. He holds degrees from Mumbai University and the Harvard Business School in the US.
