The entrepreneur considers education a significant aspect to build a successful career. At the same time, he emphasizes the need for gaining hands-on experience to learn the fundamentals of business. Dhebar has completed his graduation in Hotel Management and is the owner and Managing Director of Hotel Vennington Court in Raipur.
Junaid always wanted to be self-employed and was against the monotonous routine of working from 9 to 5. The businessman says, "I am fortunate that education helped me in clearing the business concepts easily. When I look at my journey, I feel that education and practical knowledge are two pillars to build a successful business empire."
Among many roadblocks, Junaid had revealed that it was a task to tackle competition when he entered the business space. "However, I learnt that businesses become successful if they meet consumer's demands. I implemented the strategy in my business operations which helped me scale my hotel business to a new high", said Junaid. In this process, Junaid also expanded his business horizon in the real estate sector.
The entrepreneur owns 'A Dhebar Buildcon', a leading real estate firm offering high-end residential and commercial spaces in Chhattisgarh. As he continues to expand his businesses, Junaid Dhebar aims to mentor all budding businessmen from different fields. "Education is extremely important and is perhaps the foundation for career building. Through my knowledge, I want to train aspiring businessmen wanting to launch their startups in different fields", Junaid added.
As far as his social initiatives are concerned, Junaid has been a part of many causes under Hotel Vennington Court. In the past, he contributed to the 2018 Kerala floods and also shared the maximum revenue with the martyrs' families after the 2019 Pulwama attacks. Now, his goal is to raise awareness about education in rural areas of Chhatisgarh and inspire the youth to establish their startups across different fields.
