At the Bachchan’s Diwali party in their household at Jalsa, Mumbai, Rai’s manager Archana Sadanand’s lehenga caught fire leading to sudden chaos. Various reports on the event reveal how heroic King Khan was as he lent his sherwani to Archana to shield herself from the fire.
It was, however, Aishwarya Rai, who saved the scene as she quickly tore the lehenga of her manager to get it off her body. It was then that Khan lent his sherwani to the lady to cover herself.
The intrepid and sharp action of Rai saved her manager from suffering any major injuries. Archana was then admitted to the Nanavati hospital in Mumbai and it is reported that she has suffered 15% burns on her right leg and hands.
