1. Mango lassi ice-cream 

 

 

Ingredients required: 

  • Diced ripe mangoes 
  • 1 cup plain curd
  • 2-4 tablespoons sugar or honey (according to taste)
Instructions: 

Take the ingredients and blend them together to get a smooth consistency. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze it for 4-6 hours until firm. Your mango lassi ice cream is ready! Serve it in scooped with diced mangoes or mint leaves for a refreshing taste. 

2. Coconut elaichi ice cream 

 

 

Ingredients required: 

  • 2 cups coconut cream or thick coconut water 
  • 1 cup condensed milk 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom (elaichi)

Instructions:

Whisk the coconut cream, condensed milk, and ground elaichi until well combined. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 4-6 hours and wait till it gets firm. Serve it with chopped coconut or top it with almond flakes for a rich flavour. 

3. Banana ice cream 

 

 

Ingredients required:

  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen 
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or Nutella 
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (according to taste)

Instructions: 

Blend the bananas and peanut butter/Nutella together in a mixture. Add honey or sugar for sweetness and blend the mixture again. It can be served instantly for a soft consistency or can be frozen for 4-6 hours for a firm texture.
