Effective tips to fight body odour this summer

Use an antibacterial soap

The main cause of body odour is the odour-causing microbes in our body. Use an antibacterial soap for summers which helps to kill them.

Stay hydrated

Drink enough water to regulate your body temperature and reduce sweating. Excess sweating can lead to dehydration and body odour.

Wear breathable clothes

Make sure you wear light-coloured and loose clothing to avoid sweating. Tight clothing can trap sweat and cause body odour.

Shave regularly

Try to keep your underarm hairs trimmed as they can trap sweat and increase the build-up of odour-producing germs.

Use antiperspirant or deodorant

Apply antiperspirant or a deodorant to avoid excess sweat. These also help in masking the body odour.
