During the Valentine’s Week, Chocolate Day is celebrated on 9th February. If you wish to surprise your partner with a sweet treat, then we’ve got the perfect recipe for you. 
 

1 cup cream cheese
1 cup cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup milk chocolate
½ cup butter
2 cup chocolate cream biscuits
1 cup powdered sugar

Crush the chocolate cream biscuits. Take a bowl, mix the biscuit crumbs with melted butter. Layer a tin box with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it. 

Place the tin in the fridge to set for 2 hours. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a pan. Now, add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla essence into the melted chocolate. Keep stirring. 

In another bowl, whip the cream until it thickens. Add the chocolate mixture to the cream and mix it well. Take the tin box out of the fridge and divide it into 3-4 equal parts. 
 

Spread the chocolate mixture evenly on the lower part of the cake. Once done, keep the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
