The main course includes butternut-asparagus moilee, mushroom bhutwa with potato foam, turmeric-infused coconut milk, and some regional Uttarakhand dishes.
Yakhni, a lamb dish, would be served with a yogurt-based sauce flavored with cardamom and Kashmiri fennel. It will be served with katlam rice and morel miso.
Indian single malt Godawan aged in sherry casks, Himalayan Old Fashioned with black label vodka, Mahabaleshwar strawberry and vanilla soda, and Himalayan honey will be offered.
Aside from this, attendees at Cannes 2024 will be served a variety of other cocktails, such as Darjeeling tea, gin, Bollywood Margarita, Bombay spice mix, and more.
