TRAI, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, has addressed the issue of spam calls by introducing the DND app, offering relief to users who are bothered by such calls. 
 

The issue of spam calls persisted in the older version of the DND app. TRAI has made efforts to address the faults in the app to resolve the issue. 
 

With the TRAI DND app, smartphone users can effortlessly block calls and messages from unfamiliar numbers. 
 

The TRAI DND app requires logging in through OTP. After logging in, you can begin using the various functions of the app.
