Rajpal Singh’s Life Changing Innovations and Farming Equipment

Difficult financial circumstances forced him to discontinue his formal studies at school.
 

When Rajpal Singh’s uncle’s motor accidentally fell into a borewell, he designed an equipment to successfully retrieve it. 
 

The incident marked the beginning of Rajpal Singh’s journey into innovation. 

Rajpal Singh extended his support to farmers and solved their agricultural issues. 
 

Rajpal Singh designed a combine harvester with a significantly lower price compared to the market prices. 
 

Rajpal’s combine harvester is available for just Rs 4.5 lakh whereas the market prices are between Rs 25 to 30 lakh.
 

Rajpal Singh received the National Innovation Award from the President in 2017. He was also honoured with the Jagjivan Ram Abhinav Kisan Award in 2019. 
 

The machines designed by Rajpal Singh reduces farmers’ expenses, saving them up to 70 percent in costs. 
 

So far, Rajpal has made eco-friendly pro-tray making machines, a wheel sprayer, a water lifting pump, high-tech ripper, and a rope making machine.
