Anukriti Sharma completed her schooling in Jaipur before relocating to Kolkata to pursue higher studies.
While pursuing her higher studies, Anukriti Sharma received the opportunity of researching on volcanoes at Rice University, Texas, USA.
Remarkably, Anukriti Sharma also received a job offer from NASA with a monthly salary of Rs 2 lakh. But she declined the offer to pursue civil services in India.
Upon returning to India, Anukriti Sharma dedicated herself to UPSC preparation.
In the year 2020, she successfully cracked the UPSC exam and achieved the prestigious position of an IPS officer.
