IAS Srishti Dabas: Acing the UPSC CSE exam with AIR 6 in first attempt

IAS Srishti Dabas cracked the UPSC exam in the first attempt, without coaching. Let's read her inspiring success story. 

Recently, she received the Rajasthan cadre and she shared about her success on social media. 

Srishti Dabas, a 2023 batch IAS officer, secured All India Rank 6 in the Civil Services Examination and was recently allocated the Rajasthan cadre.

Srishti passed her board exams from Ganga International School, Delhi with 96.33%. She graduated in Political Science from Indraprastha College and then started UPSC preparation.

Srishti Dabas scored 862 in the UPSC Mains and 186 in the interview. Her mother played a key role in teaching her how to overcome difficulties.

Before becoming an IAS officer, Srishti Dabas worked with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in Mumbai, where she managed employee appraisals in the HR department.
