An IIT Alumnus who is the CEO of a Company Valued at Rs 15 lakh crore

K Krithivasan, an IIT graduate, served as the leader of a prestigious company during a period when it faced allegations of involvement in a scam. 
 

The CEO and Managing Director of TCS, K Krithivasan, played a pivotal role in the company’s journey to achieve a market capitalization of Rs 15 lakh crore. 
 

K Krithivasan served as the Global Head of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Business Group. He played a significant role in expanding the market presence. 
 

K Krithivasan has been a part of TCS for over 30 years. Throughout his journey, he has served on various positions. 
 

K Krithivasan holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and a master’s degree in Industry and Management Engineering from IIT Kanpur
 

During the time of K Krithivasan appointment, a job scam surfaced within the company. 

However, he successfully navigated the company through this challenge, demonstrating strong leadership. 

According to media reports, K Krithivasan’s current basic salary is Rs 10 lakh per month, amounting to Rs 1.2 crore annually. 
 

K Krithivasan’s salary is anticipated to increase to Rs 16 per month. Reportedly, in the past his salary amounted to Rs 4.3 crore.
