The indigenously upgraded Sharang 155 mm gun system was successfully tested at the Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh. The range of the high calibre weapon, which is India’s largest indigenous gun has now been increased to 39 kilometres. We look at how this upgradation has added more firepower to the Indian Army.
