Nirbhaya case: Supreme Court dismisses review plea of rapist; convict seeks time for mercy plea
The Supreme Court dismissed the review petition of Akshay Kumar Singh, one of the four men convicted in the 2012 Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case. The review petitions of the three other convicts, Mukesh, 30, Pawan Gupta, 23, and Vinay Sharma, 24, had been dismissed earlier.
