Indian men's and women's table tennis teams finally qualified and earned a spot at the World Team Championships Finals for the Paris Olympics. It's a historic moment for the Indian table tennis. The men's team secured rank 15 and the women's team secured rank 13 at the finals.

Atanu Das is an Indian archer. At the 33^rd Junior National Archery Championships held in 2010, he clinched his first gold medal. The former President of Indian Ram Nath Kovind awarded Atanu Das with the Arjuna Award in the year 2020.

Bajrang Punia is an Indian freestyle wrestler. After winning a bronze medal at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics, he was awarded a sum of Rs 30 lakh by the Government of India, Rs 2.5 crore by the Government of Haryana, and Rs 25 lakh by BCCI.

Saina Nehwal is an Indian professional badminton player. She is the first Indian female player to rank first in women’s singles event in the Badminton World Federation. Saina Nehwal clinched two gold medals at the 2018 Commonwealth Games held in Gold Coast, Australia.

Mumtaz Khan is an international hockey player. She earned a spot on the Junior National Hockey team in 2017. In 2022, Mumtaz was honoured by the FIH as the Rising Star of the Year. Mumtaz played exceptionally well in the Junior World Cup scoring 8 goals in 6 matches, including a hat-trick against Malaysia.

Mohammad Ibrar is a resident of Sangrampur village, Pratapgarh. He used to participate in the village games during Nag Panchami. By succeeding at the district level competitions, he became a state-level player. Ibrar clinched a gold medal at the South Asian Games held in Dhaka and a bronze medal at the Asian Indoor Athletics Championship in Iran.

Kiran proudly represented India at the World Body Building Championship held in Budapest in 2013. Kiran is also a DJ, singer, motivational speaker, and photographer. She has trained celebrities like Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, and the renowned director of ‘Baahubali,' Rajamauli.

Sonbhadra’s Rambabu has an exceptional tale of victory to share. Despite coming from a humble background, he trained himself as a professional runner and secured the bronze medal alongside Manju Rani in the mixed team event of the 35 km walk at the 2023 Asian Games. Previously, he held the record of completing 35 km walk in just 2 hours, 31 minutes, and 36 seconds.

Sabahat Afreen has participated in Taekwondo competitions at both national and international levels. She has won medals at district-level championships. At the age of 8, Sabahat faced opposition from people questioning her choice of wearing hijab during training. Today, she receives immense support from her family and has has won 4 National Championships, 3 Federation Cups, and Asia Championship.

Harjinder Kaur is an Indian weightlifter. She competes in the 71 kg women's category. In 2022, she won a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games. Punjab’s Chief Minister Bhagwat Maan congratulated her and gave her a cash prize of Rs 40 lakh.
