Nishad  

Bhagwandin Nishad is a saviour in the true sense. He runs a shop near Guptar Ghat and also works as a diver to save the lives of people drowning in the river. He works with his team of 28 divers and has so far, saved the lives of more than 345 people. He has also received the status of ‘Uttar Pradesh Government Diver.’

Kajal Nishad is an actress and a politician. Kajal gained immense popularity in the acting field after playing the role of ‘Chameli’ in the famous TV serial ‘Lapataganj’.

Nishad Kumar's medal booked India's ninth slot for the Tokyo Games. This was India's third bronze and six medals overall, one better than 2017 London Worlds. India had won five medals in the 2017 edition

A school teacher Nishad has been accused of writing exams for four students in the higher secondary exams. The Kerala education department has ordered the students to write the exam again on June 10.

The accused teacher is identified as Nishad V Muhammad of GHSS Neeleswaram School in Kozhikode, Kerala. Nishad, while confessing to the crime, said that he was only helping the students, who had learning disabilities.
