Garima Kapoor, a resident of Lucknow, embarked on her biking journey in the year 2015. Her elder brother taught her how to ride a bike. She has also registered her name in the India Book of Records.

Stand-Up India is a government scheme that offers financial support to people from SC/ST community and women entrepreneurs who are above the age of 18. The purpose of this initiative is to facilitate bank loans to at least one SC/ST borrower and at least one woman borrower per branch to set up Greenfield projects.

Rituparna Neog is a trans woman, storyteller, educator, and gender rights activist dedicated to promoting education and eradicating gender discrimination. She has established two free libraries in her village and has conducted sessions on gender equality in over 40 universities.

Gujarat’s Neha Bhatt runs a tea startup with the name ‘Ampu Tea Neha.’ In July 2021, Neha met with an accident. Her left side of the body was damaged and due to a delay in treatment, she had to undergo amputation, losing one of her legs. She sells almost 300 cups of tea daily and earns somewhere around Rs 1 to 1.5 lakh in a month.  

Arya is an Indian actor and film producer. He made his acting debut with the 2003 film ‘Ullam Ketkuma.’ Arya’s popular films are Avan Ivan (2011), Arinthum Ariyamalum (2005), Magamuni (2019), Settai (2013), Vettai (2012), Sarvam (2009), and many more.

Ekta was originally born as a male with the name ‘Virendra.’ However, she could never identify as a man. She was born in Lakhimpur and did her graduation from there. Due to the lack of support from her family, she made the decision to leave her home. Ekta established an NGO called ‘Ekta Seva Sansthan,’ aimed at providing support and services not only to the transgender community but also to others in need.

Preeti Chandra was born in Kundan village, Sikar district, Rajasthan. She pursued an MA degree from Maharani College, Jaipur, and embarked on her professional journey as a journalist. Preeti also holds a BEd degree. She achieved 255^th rank in her first attempt at UPSC without attending any coaching classes.

Roshni Misbah is popular as Hijabi Biker. She has an impressive collection of luxury bikes and is India’s only female operator of a super bike store. Roshni holds a Master’s in Arabic and Cultural Studies from Jamia Millia Islamia. She considers wearing hijab as an integral part of her culture.

IAS Ashna Chaudhary is a resident of Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh. She is often praised for her excellent sense of style and fashion choices. She pursued an honours degree in English from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. IAS Ashna Chaudhary successfully cleared the UPSC exams in her third attempt.

Uttarakhand’s Madhav Bhardwaj was an employee at Microsoft. He was making lakhs and yet he aspired to achieve something greater. While doing his job, Madhav prepared for the UPSC exams and achieved his dream of becoming an IAS officer in his second attempt by securing 536^th All India Rank.

Priya Singh is a resident of Mansarovar Colony, Bulandshahr. Her father works as an inspector in Mathura. Her grandfather is a retired SHO. Priya earned an MSc in Physics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. In 2017, Priya cleared the UPPSC exam in her first attempt and secured a position in the Income Tax Department. She attempted the exams again and achieved her goal of becoming a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in 2018.

Maniram Sharma is a resident of Alwar, Rajasthan. His father used to work as a labourer and his mother his visually challenged. Maniram also had a hearing disability. After completing his schooling, his father tried to secure a job for him at the BDO’s office, but he faced rejection. In UPSC 2009 exam, he cleared the exams the third time, and accomplished his dream of becoming an IAS officer.
 

IAS Kumar Anurag is a resident of Katihar district of Bihar. He completed his schooling with excellent grades, however, after that he went through a time, when his studies overwhelmed him. Despite all the challenges, he persevered and cracked the UPSC exams twice. In his second attempt, he became an IAS officer by securing 48th rank.
 

Gaurav Kaushal is a resident of Haryana. In the year 2012, Gaurav cleared the UPSC exams, secured employment in Indian Defence Estates Service with an All India Rank of 38^th. He quit from his service and launched mentorship programmes for IAS aspirants.
