Lethpora  

The attack on the CRPF group centre, Lethpora was executed under a conspiracy to avenge the death of Noor Trali, who was killed in an encounter with security forces in Dec 2017.

During the investigation by NIA, it was found that Syed Hilal Andrabi, who was an active worker for JeM, provided logistics, weaponry, etc to the terrorists. He was currently residing in the valley. 

Nisar had been on the run since December 2017, after three heavily armed men hurled grenades at the soldiers of 185th battalion camp at Lethpora and killed 5 soldiers.
