Jharkhand’s Rena Jamil pursued her higher education from local colleges, and yet managed to become an IAS officer by clearing the UPSC exams with 380^th rank. Despite her multiple failed attempts at UPSC, she persevered and accomplished her dream of becoming an IAS officer.
