Naval variant of Tejas achieves yet another milestone during test flight

The naval variant of the Light Combat Aircraft Tejas, for the first time launched off the ski jump at 04.21 pm and then subsequently ‘trapped’ ten minutes later at 04.31 pm on the arresting gear site. Goa: Coast Guard rescues drowning Army officer using chopper

An army officer on a short visit to Goa slipped on a rock and fell into the water, near Cabo de Rama fort in south Goa. The Indian Coast Guard rushed into action and saved the man from drowning.
