Karnataka high court orders overstaying Pakistani couple to return home
The Karnataka high court has ordered the deportation of two Pakistani nationals, who were overstaying in Bengaluru. The two had strayed into India after their parents refused permission for their marriage. The court said India can’t afford to house such illegal immigrants as it will be a burden on the state ex-chequer.
