The news of one of India’s unsung heroes testing positive in these pressing times has shocked the country, with several netizens making a heartfelt appeal to treat medical professionals with love and respect. One such voice is that of India’s 8-year-old climate change activist Licypriya Kangujam. She took to social media to express her grief. Here’s what she had to say.

On Monday, January 27, 59-year-old Sukdev, was awarded this year's Tyler Prize for Environmental Achievement, often called the "Nobel prize for environment", for "revolutionising how decision-makers would come to view the natural world".
