Chandrayaan  

Nitish Shrimal, a Space Engineer at ISRO, is an inspirational figure who overcame all the hurdles life threw at him. Hailing from a remote part of Rajasthan, Shrimal did not qualify for IIT-JEE and had to overcome language barriers to learn in college. Yet, he achieved his goal of learning about space and landed his dream job. 

With the new Chandrayaan-4, unlike the previous model, there will be two phases to its execution, and each phase will be used in a different launch rocket. These stages will make it easier to land on the moon and bring back lunar samples for examination on Earth.

ISRO Cheif, S. Somanath, talked about his battle with cancer in a Malayalam interview recently. He revealed that he found out about his cancer on the day of the Aditya-L1 launch and got an operation and chemo after that. He said is cured now and has returned to his work again.

In 2020, the Central Government granted approval for private sector involvement in space science. At 19, Jainul founded his company ‘Abyom Space Tech and Defence’. ISRO scientists recognized his efforts and dedication to the field of space.
