4 Indian astronauts, who are undergoing training in Russia for India’s first human space flight are set to complete their first round of training this month
 

US Space agency NASA and the European Space Agency have selected three astronauts -- Indian American Raja Jon Vurputoor Chari, Tom Marshburn and  Matthias Maurer -- to serve as crew members for NASA's SpaceX Crew-3 mission to the International Space Station around September 2021

Even before orbiting astronauts on India's first manned mission to the space, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will send 'Vyomamitra', a 'lady robot', in unmanned Gaganyaan spacecraft. A Durga Puja pandal in Orderly Bazar of Varanasi is all set to mesmerise the visitors with its ‘Chandrayaan-2’ theme. The pandal, which is around 100-feet in height, was made in two months.

As the world is watching Chandrayaan-2, reports claim that the Indian Air Force has selected level-1 candidates for Mission Gaganyaan. Out of the 10 selected astronauts, two are likely to be selected.  

 

This year’s Lalbaugcha Raja is the talk of the town after it is evident that the deity keeps up with the trend. Lalbaugcha Raja makes an entry alongside Chandrayaan-2 and astronauts. 

The selection process for the astronauts for the space mission would start from February 2020, said Fawad Chaudhry, Pakistan Minister for Science and Technology. Pak will use China's satellite launch facilities. 

India and Russia have signed an agreement in relation to Gaganyaan, India’s pet space mission project. As per the agreement, Russia will train three Indian astronauts for the purpose
